Heat a pan and pour oil pan fry the dried tofu until cook then remove. Next stir fry shallots until fragrant then add yellow chives and beansprout.Quickly stir fry in high heat then pour fish sauce.Mix it and add the cooked tofu.Toss it then cook until half done the veggies.Remove
