Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blanch spinach then stir fry in a t sp butter. Place a side
* Step 2
Stir fry mushrooms in butter add some hot sauce place a side
* Step 3
Cut cucumber slices then place a side
* Step 4
Stir fry Julien cut ginger and green peppers in a t sp butter add some salt. Place a side
* Step 5
Stir fry beef strips in butter add some salt, a tb sp hot sauce place a side.
* Step 6
Make kimchi by stir frying onions and cabbage then add chilli sauce in it. Place a side
* Step 7
Now boil rice by adding salt and cinnamon sticks.
* Step 8
Make first layer of boiled rice in a bowl then top it making portions of spinach,cucumber,mushrooms,kimchi,onion and pepper then beef stips. Sprinkle some seasam then top with sunny side egg. Ready
