Ingredient

1 cup

maida

2 spoon

pure ghee

1 cup

water

1 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add Maida, ghee and rub it very well, add water make semi-soft dough

* Step 2

Take another pan make sugar syrup....sugar syrup must be thick but not threaded add eliachi pods

* Step 3

Now make(1spoon maida+2 spoon ghee) paste the 7 roties for dough, take 1 one roti and apply the paste..and put 2nd roti on it...and make the layer of 7 roties

* Step 4

Flat roll it and roll it, cut in to the pieces. Roll it

* Step 5

Fry the all satpura's..when it fry then dip in to the warm sugar syrup...all sweet,syrupeee, crispy satpura's are ready to eat
