Cheese Maggi
I absolutely love this recipe! It's super easy to recreate. I don't usually like Vegetable Maggi, so I was on a lookout for another variant until I discovered this one. The addition of coriander just gives it a beautiful distinct taste!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a saucepan and add a cup of water. Let it boil and then add maggi.
* Step 2
Cook the maggi for about 5 minutes until soft. Add the Maggi Masala, chopped coriander leaves and the oregano sachet. Cook for another 2-3 mins until it is all blended well.
* Step 3
Once cooked, cover the sauce pan with a lid and let it rest for about 2 minutes
* Step 4
Serve it on a plate and grate 1/2 a cube of cheese (be generous) over the hot Maggi. Your delicious cheese Maggi is ready to satiate your cravings!
