Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables with Noodles

Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables with Noodles

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil Brocolli, Carrot and Babycorn for 4-5 mins in water. Drain and keep aside

* Step 2

Heat 2 Tbsp of oil. Add the chopped green chilli, grated ginger and crushed garlic. Saute for 30 seconds and then add all the other vegetables in a pan.

* Step 3

Fry them for 3-4 mins till they are soft. Add the boiled vegetables kept aside. Add 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tbsp Soya Sauce, 1 Tsp Vinegar, salt according to taste, 1 Tsp Chilli Garlic Sauce, 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Sauce and mix them together in a pan.

* Step 4

Add 1 tsp of cornflour mixed with half cup water to this concoction and pour it in the pan and mix all of them together till they come to a boil. Add more water to adjust the consistency of gravy.

* Step 5

Keep the noodles boiled and strained - aside.
