Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First for the the stuffing heat up a pan with oil add chopped garlic ginger green chilies and spring onion and sauté it for few seconds.

* Step 2

Then add chopped onion fry till soft (don’t brown it) now add capsicum and cabbage shirnk it for a minute.

* Step 3

Now add grated paneer and black pepper powder and salt mix it and cook for few seconds till combined together. At last add spring onion and switch off the flame.

* Step 4

Our stuffing is ready.

* Step 5

Now for the dough take all purpose flour in a mixing bowl add salt and mix it now add water gradually and knead it to make proper dough.

* Step 6

Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

* Step 7

Now make small round ball of the dough roll it in thin sheet and put some stuffing in it and fold it to give shape like momos.

* Step 8

Do the same with all.

* Step 9

Now place all the prepared momos in a greased steamer (to avoid stick in the steamer) and cook for 10-15 minutes on high flame.

Remove from it and our delicious paneer momos is ready. serve with momos chutney.
