Heat a pan in high flame and add cooking oil make sure it is hot before adding the beef.Quickly stir fy beef until it changes color remove.Then put in garlic mix then the celery and carrot.Add cooking wine and salt.Cook.it until it is half cook drop in beef mixvthen remove.
