Frogs In A Pond: Egg In Toast

I grew up on these! They're very delicious & won't cause you to cheat on your diet. You can honestly use any bread and any type of egg you want!

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
1 large

Egg

1 dash

Paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

With a drinking cup, cut out a hole in the center of the slice of bread(you can save the leftover middle and pan fry it then add jelly for a side).

* Step 2

In a frying pan, add butter or oil so the egg doesn't stick. Set at low-medium heat. When hot, place the bread on then crack one egg into the open hole. Make sure the egg fits snug into the hole & not all over the rest of the bread.

* Step 3

When the bottom is white, flip it then add a dash of paprika if you want for added look & taste. Keep cooking depending on how you like your eggs(ex: yolky, cooked throughout, etc).

* Step 4

After it's done cooking, you can add feta for more saltiness and flavor. Enjoy!
