Ginger Tea

My mom always makes a cup of these when my stomach cramps get horrible. It soothes the pain a lot and warms the stomach too when I have gastric ⊙▽⊙

Ingredient

young ginger

1 tbsp

brown sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slap the ginger hard with the back of a knife.

* Step 2

Put the ginger and water into a pot and boil on medium.

* Step 3

When the water starts to boil, add in the sugar and stir until it dissolves. Leave to boil for another couple of minutes.

* Step 4

Serve it hot :)

* Step 5

For the simple version, add all ingredients into a cup and stir. Filter the mix into another cup (the ground ginger does not dissolve) and vóila.
