Easy Crispy Delish Crispy Cauliflower Bake
Picture is not that appealing but this recipe is loved by the hubby who neverrr eats my plain olive oil + salt and pepper veggies but ate this - so if your in that boat give this one a try.
We enjoyed for a dinner side and in salads the next day. The full recipe is below but I actually cut it in half and it was enough for side dish and a little bit of leftovers.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl, cook on stove to brown up for a few minutes (I added a bit of olive oil to pan - keep them in there to brown/crisp up but ideally without burning so watch the pot).
* Step 2
Throw in hot oven (350 degrees) for 15 minutes. I always taste to liking first - every oven is different.
* Step 3
Serve any way and store the rest in air tight container in fridge. To reheat, I put in 450 degree oven for 3-5 minutes, or can heat on stove/microwave.
