This delicious kofta is just mouthwatering,if you are not having other vegetables for making kofta you can try this one for sure

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes and mash them or grate them.
* Step 3
Mix spices and salt in potato paneer mix, add little cornflour for binding.
* Step 4
Make small balls and fill chopped nuts in it.
* Step 5
Heat oil fries these balls till golden brown.
* Step 7
Heat oil in a kadhai crackle cumin seeds, bay leaves, and nutmeg.
* Step 8
Add onion paste and roast till brown.
* Step 9
Add Ginger garlic paste and all spices and salt.
* Step 11
Add it in the onion mix,roast it properly.
* Step 12
Now add water as required.
* Step 13
Transfer kofta add cream and chopped coriander leaves.
