Aloo tikki with potato-suji fingers

Take 4 potatoes for tikki and rest for fingers

Add all spices and make tikkis
* Step 6
Boil white peas in cooker by adding turmeric powder and salt in it

For assembling put tikkis pour tamarind chutney,white peas,curd little red chilli powder salt and coriander leaves

Garnish with cherry and coriander leaves

For potato fingers grate boil potato
* Step 10
Heat little water.put semolina in it and let it cook for some time
* Step 11
In grated potato add semolina all spices and salt
* Step 12
With the help of palm of your hand make fingers
* Step 13
Fry in hot oil till golden brown
* Step 14
Enjoy with onion and cucumber slices
