Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl smash leftover besan dokhla

* Step 2

Then add peanut powder

* Step 3

Then add onion,carrot, coriander,lemon juice

* Step 4

Add salt,cumin powder,rest of all add it mix well

* Step 5

Make nice cutlet dough take small amount make round shape place on frying pan add oil

* Step 6

Fry well until cutlets get roasted colour take out serve with green chutney..
