Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Steam choi until half done then set aside.After it cool arrange in a plate

* Step 2

Heat oil.in a pan and pour in ginger and shallot stir fry until it turns golden brown then remove.In same pan drop in ground pork.Stir fry until color changes then add a little water to.let the pork cook.When almost done add cooking wine and dark soy sauce.Add the shallot and ginger.Mix then remove and place it on top of pakchoi
