Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl put ingredientes before starting

These are all transfer to blender make fine paste

Add besan,curd,salt,baking soda mix up well as lump free free loose batter

* Step 4

Mix up well pour deep round shape bowl place in the steamer it should be steam at 15 mins

* Step 5

For tempering::heat a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds,chilli slices, curry leaves, asfoetida when it's splits put top of dhokla cut ready to serve tasty healthy
