Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take lokhi cut peices

Put cadai on firm add pea nuts lol mirchi do shallow fri add salt, garlic turn of leave 5 min..then

Grind nice powder

Put cadai on firm add tadaka next put green chilli and onions fri until softer...

Once onion should soft add lauki peices add pinch salt mix well cover the lid

* Step 6

Open the lid mix again..once soften add pea nut powder mix thoroughly add half tsp salt and tamrind juice mix nicely

Dish out the Lokhi sabzi ready to serve
