Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash bakchoy then separate the leaves frim the steam.Then soak it all with salted water for 15 mins.
* Step 2
Boil water with salt abd ginger then put the stalk first cook it until crunchy.Then remove and soak with ice water.Then boil again the leaves.When done set aside
* Step 3
Add oil in a pan and cook the garlic until golden brown.Then set aside.
* Step 4
In a small bowl add a little bit flour and water.And oyster sauce and wine mix it well and let it boil.Arrange veggies in a plate and put roast garlic on top and pour the sauce
