Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl crack open the eggs,add beat the egg well,in another bowl,apply oil to the sides and bottom, transfer the egg mixture to this bowl,now place this bowl in a steamer and steam 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Now take the steamed egg and cut into small pieces, marinated the egg pieces with soya sauce,corn flour,maida,salt and water.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and fry all for 2 minutes, take out in a plate, add ginger and garlic, capsicum, onion in the same oil fry them well, add soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli, red chilli powder, cornflour paste mix well, add the fried egg and salt and cook for 2/3 minutes on high flame

* Step 4

Steam egg chilli is ready to serve, it serve hot and garnish with spring onion.
