Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cooker mein shalgam dho kar dal de.Ab gur,salt and red chilli powder or water dal de.
* Step 2
Cooker ko lid lagakar gas per rakh de or 3-4whistle ke baad gas off kar de.
* Step 3
Ab pan me oil dale or usme jeera bhoone or ginger dal kar ache se bhoone le.
* Step 4
Dhania or tomatoes ko cooker me dal kar gas ko sim kar de.
* Step 5
4-5 minutes ke baad cooker khol kar shalgam dal de or mix Karein or mash hone tak pakaye.
* Step 6
Ab shalgam ka Saag ready hain.
