Crispy Rice mix veg vada
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix cooked rice and cooked left over vegetables (I used mix veggies).
* Step 2
Mix all the dry masala along with rice flour and corn flour, cilantro and mint leaves. Make a dough out of it.
* Step 3
Now make vada out of the dough and keep it in refrigerator for an hour to set.
* Step 4
Take it out after an hour and roll it in breadcrumbs.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry these vada till it’s golden brown. ENJOY with chutney or tomatoe ketchup
