Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put soaked sago.mash it.add boiled potatoes.mash it.
* Step 2
Add all flours,mix it.add all chopped things mix it.
* Step 4
Add salt,curd,chilli, coriander leaves.mix it.
* Step 5
Now make it like a dough, keep it a side.
* Step 6
Take a small peice of coal,put it on the flame,let it be hot.
* Step 7
Make a well in the prepared dough,keep a small.bowl in it. Put hot coal in it.add 1 Tsp Ghee,put 2 clove in it.lid the dough for smoking 10 mimiutes.
* Step 8
After 10 mimiutes open it.make medium balls From this.flat it.
* Step 9
Take a Heat pan sprinkle oil in it.put kebabs in it.
* Step 10
Roast it in the slow flame.roast it golden.
* Step 11
Remove it from the flame.
* Step 12
Arrange it in a serving plate.
* Step 13
Serve it with Green chuteny or sauce.
