Beet root,& carrots kanji

It is a seasonal healthy drink.during festive ( Holi) seasons it is is very useful.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

10 mimiutes
1 pinch

red chilli

2 Tsp

salt

1 LTR

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a big pan put water,let it boil.

Add carrot boil it 2 miniutes.

* Step 3

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 4

Add all things in it.

* Step 5

Keep it in the sun rays for 3 days.

* Step 6

After 3 days mix beetroot mixture.

* Step 7

We find a beautiful colour.

* Step 8

Now it can be use like a soft drinks.

* Step 9

It is a healthy & Aromat drink.
