Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a Heat pan put butter let it hot.

* Step 2

Add cumin seeds, fenugreek,let it cracle.

* Step 3

Add Bay leaf.

* Step 4

Add whole crushed spices.

* Step 5

Add onion pink it.

* Step 6

Add ginger, garlic paste.

* Step 7

Add crushed garlic, saute it

* Step 8

Add powdered spices, coconut,saute it.

* Step 9

Pour 1/4 cup of water,so that all spices will cook properly.

* Step 10

Cook the spices very well.it should 'nt burn.

* Step 11

Add Brown onions paste.mix it very well.add tomatoes slit in the mid.

* Step 12

Add Green peas cook it 8 miniutes.add salt.

* Step 13

Now add curd cook it 2 miniutes.

* Step 14

Add milk,boil it 1 miniute.

* Step 15

At the last add malai & cook it 1/2 miniutes.

* Step 16

If required add some water for greavy.greavy should be thick.

* Step 17

Before servings garnish it with coriander leaf.

* Step 18

Any type of paranthas will go very well from this.
