Ingredient

Salt

Butter

as needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan put water boil it.

* Step 2

Add butter let it be boil 1 miniute

* Step 3

Add maida cook it fast 2 miniute.

* Step 4

Add 2 beaten egg & stir it fast 2 miniute.

* Step 5

Now keep it some thin consistacy.

* Step 6

Remove it from the flame..let it cool.

* Step 7

Take a star nozzle & piping bag.put the prepared batter in it.

* Step 8

Heat the oil in pan.put the churox batter in it, with the help of piping bag.

* Step 9

Fry it untill golden & crispy.

* Step 10

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 11

Sprinkle some sugar & cinnamon powder in it.

* Step 12

Serve it hot.it it evening times best snacks.
