In a bowl arrange all chopped veggies.

Only small onion will be whole.
* Step 3
Put all ingredients (spices)that bowl.mix it well.rub it every peices.

Heat a pan,put all skewers on it.
* Step 6
Flip it all sides 2 minutes.
* Step 7
Take it out from the flame.
* Step 8
Sprinkle some chaat masala.
* Step 9
Serve it hot lunch or dinner.
