Uttappam(beet root &cheese)

It is a south indian dish.i gave a twist.

Ingredient

1.5 cup

Rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the rice & dal 5 hrs, then in a mixture jar grind it. Make a pouring consistency batter.

* Step 2

Keep it hole night for firmentation.

* Step 3

In a bowl add onions,tomato, capsicum,chilli, coriander,salt,& uttappam batter mix it well.add soda at the last.if you don't wanna mix it in batter,

* Step 4

You can first spread mix batter then sprinkle veggies.

* Step 5

In a heat pan sprinkle oil & spread batter on it.

* Step 6

Sprinkle beet root & cheese on it.

* Step 7

Flip it other side & bake it properly both sides.

* Step 8

Garnish it with cheese before serving.

* Step 9

It will go with nariyal chunti,or sambhar.
