Methii Matar by Shashi Tewari

Fenugreek or methii leaves are very healthy in winter season.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 serve
1/2 tsp

Salt

1 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil onion, cashews, ginger and garlic cloves.

* Step 2

Make puree in a mixture.

* Step 3

Take ghee in a wok. when it gets hot add onion puree. Cook it properly for 5mts.

* Step 4

Add methii puree.It should also be cooked thoroughly so that its rawness goes away.

* Step 5

Now add milk and peas stirringly.

* Step 6

Add salt and sugar and spices.Some water if it is too thick.

* Step 7

At last add fresh cream and kasuri methii to enhance the taste.

* Step 8

Eat it with nan or missi roti.

* Step 9

Don't use methii water Use it for other purposes.
