* Step 1
Sab ingredients ko acchi tarah mix karke warm water dalke 7,8 minutes tak knead karke soft dough ready kijiye.
* Step 2
Fir dough ke upea oil dalke 2 hours dhak kar rakhiye.
* Step 3
Ab tawa pura heat karna hai.
* Step 4
Dough se choti loi lekar thodi si moti roti beliye and uper ki bhag me halki si pani daliye.
* Step 5
Fir pani dali gai bhag tawe ki taraf karke roti daliye.
* Step 6
Roti halki si Lal dikhne lage to tawe ko uthake gas pe uper ki side niche karke roti ko sekhiye.
* Step 7
Fir ready naan ke uper deshi ghee dalke rakhiye.
* Step 8
Ready hai tawa naan man pasand sabji chutney ke sath serve kijiye.
