* Step 1

Moong daal ko rat var pani me vigana hai.

* Step 2

Fir subah daal se sara pani drained karke cotton ke kapade me failakar fan me sukhana hai.

* Step 3

Jab sara extra water sukh jaye tab oil garam karni hai.

* Step 4

Ab thoda sa daal ko ek chhanni me dalke garam oil me deep karni hai.and flame medium karke kurkuri hone tak fry karni hai.

* Step 5

Jab fry hojaye tab fried daal ko nikalkar kitchen paper me dalni hai taki extra oil paper sokh le.

* Step 6

Jab sara daal fry hojaye tab salt and black pepper dalke mix karni hai.bas ready hai moong daal ki crispy bhujiya.
