Who doesn't love French fries? But its so unhealthy so I represent you a healthier version which I grantee that you will LOVE!

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

50 mins
1 large

potato

1 1/2 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

wash and peel the potato, then cut it into thin wedges

* Step 2

Soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes, that will release the starch and help it become crunchy

* Step 3

after 30 minutes drain and dry the potatoes, then add the oil and make sure they are evenly coated

* Step 4

heat the oven to 350°F

* Step 5

Get a baking sheet and leave it in the heated oven so that it gets nice and hot

* Step 6

When the baking sheet is hot take it out and then distribute the wedges with about 2 cm between each, make sure they are spaced or they will steam and won't become crunchy

* Step 7

Let it bake for 20 minutes (or more depends on your oven) and flip them on the other side half way through

* Step 8

After it becomes nice golden brown take it out and season with salt to taste

* Step 9

Put some ketchup or mayo on the side and enjoy!
