Roasted Brussels sprouts
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with the oil, garlic, black pepper and salt. Put into a 9x13 baking pan and roast for 20 minutes, shaking them every 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Remove from the oven and toss with 1T balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then roast for about 1 minute. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.
