this recipe our son brought home from school when he was in middle school seems like yesterday ,I just added cocoa to it :cookie

flour
1 1/2 cup
sugar
3 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
1/2 cup
shortening ,butter or margarine
1 cup
milk
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla
2
eggs
1 cup
powdered baking cocoa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
heat oven to 350°F.measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl.blend 1/2 min. on low speed scraping bowl constantly .beat3 min. on high
* Step 2
put cupcake papers in cupcake pans and fill half way to 3/4 full and bake for 25 min. take out and let cool then put icing on
* Step 3
I put pb frosting on them
