Chia seed bagel

Because i love bagel so i learn to baked them. It is so very very expensive here in my place. about RM15 each

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 as one each

Cooking time :

2.5 hour
460 g

flour

260 g

water

10 g

honey

7 g

salt

5 g

yeast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mixed all the ingredients and knead it until become a dough like this. And ferment for about 1/5 hour(depend on your room temperature)

* Step 2

Shape the dough. First i roll it out and make it long like a rob and attach the two end together.

* Step 3

Ferment it again until it rise for about 40minutes. The poaching each side inside boiling water for 10second each.

* Step 4

Shredded your chia seed and baked at 140c for 25m. (preheat oven at 220c for 15m)
