Chocolat mousse from my granny
It is my birthday to day. My nephews are coming to souper. They wanted chocolat mousse and a cake. So I started with the mousse. And got my grandmothers recipy out of my map
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whip the cream with the sugar
* Step 2
Melt the chocolat au bain marie
* Step 3
Split the eggs.
Cream the egg yolks until pale yellow.
* Step 4
Whip the egg whites to peaks.
* Step 5
Add the chocolat to the egg yolks. Add the cream.
* Step 6
Carefully fold in the egg whites. Cool for at least 30 m
* Step 7
Put the crumbled meringue into the glasses
* Step 8
Put mousse in a pipingbag and put into on top. Decorate
