* Step 1
Chop all the vegetables and fry them in Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain. Let them take on a bit of colour at the bottom of the pan. That way, when you add the water they will gently come away from the bottom, giving your soup much more flavour and depth.
* Step 2
And now, to give your soup that special, unique touch, simply add a generous splash of rosemary-infused Olive Oil.
