Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Making Tom Yum Stock with using all unused skin of vegetable we use for Tom yum • lemongrass,galangal,kaffir lime leaves,coriander root • boiling 5 mins then remove all • add shallot + galangal

* Step 2

Add kaffir lime leaves + lemongrass and mushroom• add chili paste + fish sauce + chili • add river prawn cut head of river prawn as show and remove prawn fat in head add into tom yum soup (help Tom Yum more aroma and nice color) • add evaporated milk and bring it to boil then turn off heat • add lime juice and cilantro + coriander leaves • Done...!! 😋😋
