Mac & Cheese Chowder
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large skillet sauté your smoked sausages, sliced onion, minced garlic and black pepper in olive oil until tender………add in your stick of margarine or butter and continue to sauté for several more minutes……
* Step 2
Meanwhile in a large pot boil some salted water …….
* Step 3
Add just the macaroni and your bag of baby carrots to your pot of salted water and boil macaroni for about 5 minutes, drain, then return to pot…… reserve the cheese packets from your mac and cheese ……..
* Step 4
Add to pot your cheese packets, cream of chicken soups, evaporated milks, chicken broth and sautéed sausages with onions to your pot, boil for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently……. Remove from heat …….. Serve and enjoy 😉!!!!
