3 tablespoons
butter OR margarine, melted
10 cloves
garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon
black pepper
1/8 teaspoon
seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon
crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon
ground cumin
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse and pat dry your chicken breast, then cut into cubes …….
* Step 2
Place cut up chicken breasts into a large baking pan,pour melted butter OR margarine all over chicken cubes, then stir chicken to coat all pieces…….
* Step 3
Add to chicken cubes your minced garlic, black pepper, seasoned salt, crushed red pepper and ground cumin, stir gently and make sure all chicken pieces are thoroughly coated…….
* Step 4
Next add to chicken your sliced onions, stir gently…….
* Step 5
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 400 degree oven for 25 ~ 30 minutes, stirring once during cooking ……
* Step 6
Add your shredded sharp cheddar cheese to chicken, return to oven and cook until all cheese has melted, about 5 minutes……
* Step 7
Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy 😉!
