Patriotic Spiced Rum Cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare French Vanilla cake mix according to package directions, using the required water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on box ……….
* Step 2
Bake cake according to package directions……..Let cool for about an hour or so ………
* Step 3
In a bowl combine your heavy cream, vanilla extract and spiced rum, stir gently and place covered in refrigerator …….Can be made 24 hours in advance and stored in refrigerator until ready to use ……..
* Step 4
After cake has cooled completely make several large holes on top of cake, making sure you make the holes go all the way through to the bottom of cake ……..
* Step 5
Pour over each hole your spiced rum mixture …….. 😁
* Step 6
Frost your cake on top with your whipped cream cheese frostings ……
* Step 7
Arrange your sliced strawberries 🍓 and blueberries 🫐 on top of frosting, you can do any arrangement that you want ! 😁
* Step 8
Let cake set overnight in your fridge (the longer it sits the BETTER it’ll taste !) then slice into squares, serve and enjoy 😉!!!!!
