Rava coconut jalebi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix semolina, curd,red color drops,baking powder if using(if using fruit salt then add when ready mixture),1 tbsp sugar,coconut powder
* Step 2
Mix well make a thin mixture by adding around 1 cup water.bcuz semolina will soak all the water.
* Step 3
Keep it aside.get ready for syrup.take a pan add 1 cup water,2 cups sugar.boil for 6 to 7 minutes and add lemon juice with cardamom.make thick syrup not too thick so jalebis can soak that.
* Step 4
After 15 minutes take semolina mixture and put oil in a pan to fry.if using fruit salt now add it to mixture and mix well.immedietly pour it in a piping bag.keep oil on medium flame.move piping bag on oil in circular motion to make round jalebis.its ok nobody can make perfect round as experts.
* Step 5
Fry at high flame until golden crisp immediately put them in syrup.soak for 10 minutes and serve.stay safe stay happy and healthy
