Tadka in detail
Let's learn how to make tadka for any lentil and it can use for raw vegetables too like without curry ones.you can blend it to make smooth curry too.but especially this is for any kind of lentil. #mommasrecipes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First I want to tell everyone that proper way to boil any lentil is first rinse it and soak at least 1 hour and put salt and turmeric according to lentil.like 1 cup lentil take 1 tbsp salt and turmeric
* Step 2
That's why I didn't mention salt and turmeric here in the list
* Step 3
First add in ghee or oil mustard seeds+ginger+garlic+cumin seeds
* Step 4
Roast until it looks golden then add green chilli and onion.again roast them until it looks brown
* Step 5
Now add all the spices together and cook at medium flame for one minute
* Step 6
Now add tomatoes and 2 to 4 tablespoons water and cook until tomatoes get softened and mixed well
* Step 7
Add it to boiled lentil and enjoy.stay safe stay healthy
