1&1/2 cup

urad dal

dry chutney

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take 4 cups idli rice and 1&1/2 cup urad dal 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds leave it 6 hours in water then grind.

After grind leave the better for 8 to 10 hours for fermentation.then put 1 tbsp salt.

When batter is ready then cut onion, tomato, chili.

* Step 4

Take 1 tbsp oil and put batter in the pan and put cut onion, tomato and chili and dry chutney powder and cook.

* Step 5

Cook for 10 mins both side is done well then is ready to eat.
