My son wanted a lemon cake for his birthday so I experimented! Based on a mix so super easy!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° and line 13 x 9 pan with parchment paper.
* Step 2
Combine dry cake mix and pudding mix in large bowl. Mix well.
* Step 3
Add eggs, milk and melted butter and mix for 30 sec on low and then 2 min on medium. The batter will be thick!
* Step 4
Pour into baking pan and bake for 50 min. I start checking mine at 40 min. It's done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!
* Step 5
Let cool in pan for 15 min then remove to cooling racks and let cool completely before frosting!
