Maple Pecan Ice Cream 🍦 (NO CHURN!!!!)

salt

2.5 tablespoons

maple syrup

1.25 teaspoons

maple extract

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large bowl, combine your heavy whipping cream, maple extract, maple syrup, and salt. Mix with a hand mixer for 2 minutes. It should be the consistency of whipped cream.

* Step 2

Add in your sweetened condensed milk! Fold in with a rubber spatula. Add in your pecans. Fold them in!

* Step 3

Put your whipped-cream-consistency-ice-cream in a pan for baking bread. Cover it with plastic wrap. Push the wrap down gently, that way ice crystals can’t form.

Freeze for 9 or more hours.
