Deep Fried Mozzarella Onion Rings
Onion rings are fantastic but here's an ultimate hack for them -- make them with cheese! Mozzarella Sticks & Onion Rings together ❤

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the onions and take them out of their layers.
* Step 2
Then slice the cheese to fit in between two of the onion layers which should be 0.5 cm apart. Don't make the gap between the two onion layers too big otherwise the cheese will fall out.
* Step 3
Dip the onion rings into the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Coat them neatly until they are nicely battered. Remember to apply some pressure so the batter will stick.
* Step 4
Fry them in hot cooking oil until they are golden brown and crispy (2 to 3 minutes). If the oil is not hot enough the cheese will leak out.
