Chipotle ranch chicken fajitas
Introduce
Ingredient
1 pound
chicken tenderloins
2 tablespoons
olive oil
2 tablespoons
powdered ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon
chipotle garlic seasoning
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine oil and spices and pour over chicken in a large ziplock bag. Seal bag, mix together and marinate overnight
* Step 2
Remove chicken and place on baking sheet. Put sliced onion and peppers in the bag and shake until coated
* Step 3
Put pepper and onions on same baking sheet and put in the oven 400 degrees for 30 minutes
* Step 4
Eat with or without tortilla shells
