If you are in the mood for cheesecake but don't want the same kind try out these mini cheesecakes and let us know your favorite topping on it!

Ingredient

sugar

1/4 tsp

vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon, juice, and vanilla on medium speed until fluffy. Add egg, beating until just combined.

* Step 3

Place crusts on baking sheet. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture in each crust

* Step 4

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until knife inserted into filling 1 inch from edge comes clean.

* Step 5

Refrigerate at least 2 hours for filling to set.

* Step 6

Add your favorite pie topping. Enjoy!
