Cheesy chili cornbread

My two favorites combined in one dish. Cheesy chili and corn bread😋 I topped mine with sour cream and made it even better.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Prepare chili- see previous recipe.

* Step 2

Pour chili into cast iron skillet or glass baking dish until halfway full.

* Step 3

Top with your favorite cheese sauce or queso dip. I used velveeta liquid cheese.

* Step 4

Prepare cornbread mix as directed on package and pour over the chili/cheese.

* Step 5

Bake 20-25 minutes until cornbread is fully cooked.
