Linguine Alle Vongole

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Saute garlic for 30 seconds.

* Step 2

Add wine and clams, cover and steam clams for about 4 minutes. Discard any clams that did not open.

* Step 3

Add the pasta. Toss, making sure that the pasta is covered by the sauce. You may add a little of the pasta water if the dish is too dry.

* Step 4

Add parsley and parmesan cheese. Toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.
