Green spicy panipuri water aka tikha pani
Panipuri aka puchka aka golgappe aka water balloons 😉 One of most popular Indian street food.. It is for sure one of my favourite food. When we talk about panipuri - tikha pani 🥵🤭😄is must. Here’s my simple recipe to make it

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash cilantro and mint. Then Grind it along with chillies in fine paste
* Step 2
Now mix 3/4th paste in the water. Add black salt, regular salt and squeeze half lemon(adjust as per taste). Adjust the taste by adding extra paste if you like your water spicy.
* Step 3
I don’t like to strain the water, but if you prefer then leave water for atleast 25-30 minutes and then strain it to get the best taste. I would recommend going my way as per step 2
* Step 4
Add chopped cilantro leaves and serve it fresh.
* Step 5
Tip : Always use fresh cilantro and mint to get the best green colour🌱🌿Also I use paste to make chana aloo stuffing. Try it!
